At Cloud Vapez, we want you to be completely satisfied with your street-style finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cloud Vapez account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
